1. Food & Beverage Department - 12 months (from January or July)
Covers Winter Garden restaurant with cross training in the Kitchen.
Purpose: Knowledge and understanding of all facets of the Food & Beverage departments, Standards of Operational Procedures and behavioural standards. Including the development of key learnings on a daily operational basis as well as team leading skils.
- Provide the highest standard of service to all guests
- Deal with guest queries and requestes an a prompt and anticipative manner
- Demonstrate good product knowledge
- Have an understanding of the overall operations of the Food & Beverage
