GRADUATE PROGRAMME:

1. Front Office Department - 12 months (from January or July)

 Covers Front Office, Concierge, Switchboard and Guest Relations

 Purpose: Knowledge and understanding of all facets of the Front Office, Concierge, Switchboard and Guest Relations departments SOP's and behavioural standards. Including the development of key learnings on a daily operational basis as well as team leading skils.

Maid duties:

 -  Provide the highest standard of service to all guests

 - Deal with guest queries and requestes an a prompt and anticipative manner

 - Demonstrate good prodcut knowledge

 - Have an understanding of the overall operations of the Front of House
