Ingredients
40ml Dry Gin
40ml Apple Juice
20ml Pear Liquor
15ml Lime Juice
2 Spray of Absinthe Mix
Garnish of Dry Lime Wheel and Mint Leaf
Shake all ingredients with a cocktail shaker, double strain into a chilled Martini glass, float a dry lime wheel with a mint leaf and finally, spray the Absinthe mix over the glass or flame it for a smoky flavour.
