Our Spa Policy
SPA & HEALTH CLUB CLOSURE DATES: Please note that the Spa & Health Club will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 13th March 2017 until further notice, as we are continuously looking for ways to improve your experience. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
At the Landmark Spa & Health Club, we require holding credit/debit card details to secure your booking and we would ask you to let us know in advance if you cannot make your treatment. We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours, so bookings cancelled within 24 hours will unfortunately be charged the full amount.
If you would like to use the spa facilities for the day you can purchase our day spa pass for only £75.
The minimum age for Spa treatments is 16 years old. Whilst in the swimming pool area, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over. Any child under the age of eight will not be permitted to use the pool unless accompanied in the water by an adult aged 16 or over. We recommend for safe supervision; two children to one adult (aged 16 or over) or if children are under five, one adult to one child. Persons under 16 are prohibited from the use of the gymnasium and steam rooms.
Health & Safety
The following information and guidelines have been designed to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Please wear appropriate clothing whilst using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing.
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of The Landmark Spa & Health Club at your own risk, without supervision.
- Landmark Spa & Health Club will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft occurring upon the premises during the time at which you use the facilities.
- Diving and jumping in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is not permitted. The pool is only 1.35metres deep
No responsibility can be accepted by the The Landmark London for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to The Landmark Spa & Health Club whether placed in the safe or not. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our residents, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
Mobile phones are not permitted within The Landmark Spa & Health Club.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum at all times, especially when passing the Treatment Rooms.
