Taskforces

TripAdvisor

The TripAdvisor taskforce are a group of individuals from different departments who look to contribute different ideas in to how we can improve our TripAdvisor rating and to continue the good reviews. The taskforce meet up every two weeks and discuss amongst themselves as to what could be implemented to enhance the guests experience and for them to write positive reviews on TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor is a very important tool in this day and age and could be the vital link for guests to stay at the Landmark instead of one of our competitors. So it is vital we remain fresh with ideas and on the ball so we keep striving for more reviews and a higher ranking. Our Goal is to achieve position 45 in the near future.

Giving Something Back

The Giving Something Back Taskforce are made up of team members from all over the hotel who are dedicated to helping raise funds for Charities and other initiatives linked to our hotel. The GSB Taskforce create, assist, and attend events that help raise money for special causes. Our main charity we are associated with is the Springboard Charity, and the GSB Taskforce have facilitated many events to raise money for this charity, including the Landmark Choir’s Christmas Carols, Kitchen’s Bake Sale, Banqueting’s Sweet Sale, Treks to Borneo and Vietnam and many more. The purpose of the GSB Taskforce is essentially what it is in the name; to give something back. That could mean to give back to our team members in the hotel or to give back to our local community. Each department also has a goal to raise a certain amount of money (calculated by the amount of team members there are) which is then transferred to the GSB Funds. If you have a passion for wanting to help with charities and ideas as to how to raise money, please:

Our owner Khun Jatuporn has also contributed to our fund to support our team members.
