Whether you are a season pro, or starting out from scratch, this course covers all you need to know and even involves some helpful role play to help put what you’ve learned into practice.
Train the Trainer
For those of you with a passion to teach and impart your knowledge to others, this course is for you. Whether you are involved in training new starters in your department, or delivering training sessions to larger groups, this training will help you develop your teaching, presenting and communication skills in a variety of different situations. This 3-day training will finish with a 15 minute practical assessment, where you can put everything you have learned to the test.
Suspension/Disciplinary/Confirmation of Discussion Training
This training is only available for managers and covers the Landmark London’s policies on employee suspension, disciplinary and confirmation of discussion as well as empowering managers to make the right decision, free of ‘emotion’ in order to deal with situations as professionally and efficiently as possible.
