Golden Ticket
It is time to celebrate! Once you have successfully passed your probationary period you will be invited to a ‘Golden Ticket’ event.
At this event, you will receive your Golden Ticket, which is an invite to be a guest at The Landmark London. You will also be given an opportunity to provide feedback on the first 13 weeks of your employment with us.
Golden Ticket will entitle you and your guest to:
- An overnight stay at The Landmark London.
- 3 course dinner with 1 glass of wine or soft drink per person in the Winter Garden or Great Central Bar & Restaurant.
- Breakfast in the Winter Garden or in the room.
- In case of any F&B extras, Team Member will be entitled to a 50% discount (*Minibar and Mirror Bar excluded).
How to book
- Fill in the Golden Ticket Reservation Form
- Obtain the necessary signatures.
- Once approved by Director of S&M and Director of F&B, please send the request to reservations@thelandmark.co.uk and restaurants.reservation@thelandmark.co.uk
- Alternatively, you can take the form to:
- Reservations to book your room.
- F&B Office to book your dinner and breakfast.
Rules
- This ticket is valid for 6 months only.
- The probation period must have been passed.
- This ticket is not valid within the notice period.
- All bookings are subject to availability and will not be taken if there is a risk of business being displaced; bookings will only be made once approved by Director of S&M and Director of F&B. No bookings can be made during the month of December.
- Reservations must be made in advance and the form must be received by the hotel in advance to receive a discount. Walk-ins will not receive any discount.
- This ticket is not transferable and has no cash value.
- Please ensure smart dress code and appropriate behaviour.
- The employee is responsible for his/her guest, which includes their conduct, behaviour, and for paying any unpaid expenses upon their departure.
- A team member will only be invited to the Golden Ticket event 3 times.
- A team member will only qualify for one Golden Ticket in a 12 month period.
- The company can remove or change this experience at any time.
