Job-specific courses or professional qualifications
Whilst we believe that we offer a comprehensive variety of useful training courses in-house, we also understand that some of you may want to obtain accredited qualifications from independent professional bodies.
All departments are assigned a budget for learning and development, which means that we have the capacity to support you should you want to attend any job-specific courses or embark on any professional qualifications.
Ideally these conversations about self-development will happen in your one-to-ones and performance reviews with your manager, where you are encouraged to suggest external courses that may develop you in your current role or prepare you for your next move.
