Who can access the WeCare services?
WeCare services can be used by you and your immediate family who live in the same household. If your family members want to use the app, they should download the app themselves and use your access code to register their account. Immediate family includes your spouse, partner, parent or sibling living in the same household. It can also be used any legal dependant under the age of 21 in full-time education or any other legal dependant who is dependent on you because of disability.
How can you access it?
- Download the ‘WeCare Programme’ app from the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, you can head to wecare-cl.com .
- On the ‘Log In’ page, click ‘Create Your Account’, where you’ll be prompted to enter the access code.
As soon as the account is set up, all the services are ready to use.
- Select the service you want to use and follow the on-screen instructions. A specialist will be in touch, typically within two hours.

Is there any cost to the services?
All services are completely free to use, but there is a cost for any private prescriptions ordered through the 24/7 GP consultation.
