What are your opening hours?
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 10:00pm
Saturday - Sunday:7:00am - 9:00pm
What are your children’s hours?
Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 10:00am and 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7:00am - 10:00am and 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Is the pool heated?
Yes the pool is heated with a temperature between 29 – 30 degree Celsius
What is the temperature of the Jacuzzi?
The Jacuzzi is 34 degrees Celsius.
How many treatment rooms are there?
There are four treatment rooms.
Can couples have treatments in the same room?
Unfortunately due to the size of our treatment rooms we cannot do treatments for two people in one room but you can have your treatment at the same time as your partner but in a different treatment room.
What are peak and non-peak booking times?
Our Spa & Health Club operates a peak and non-peak booking system. Our non-peak time is from Monday to Thursday and our peak time is from Friday to Sunday.
Can I use a mobile phone?
Mobile phones are not permitted within The Landmark London Spa & Health Club and guests are kindly asked to refrain from using them while visiting. The Landmark Spa kindly requests that voice levels are kept to a minimum level to preserve the sense of tranquillity.
Can I eat and drink in the Spa & Health Club?
Food is provided in the Spa from the Spa menu, alcohol cannot be provided due to licensing laws. No food is allowed in the treatment rooms. We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after your treatments, especially if you plan to enjoy our heat experiences.
Can groups use the Spa facilities?
Monday – Friday: Groups of over five people will be denied access to the Spa & Health Club unless spa treatments (a minimum of one hour each) have been booked.
Saturday – Sunday: No access to the Spa unless a Spa treatment has been booked (a minimum of one hour each).
What is the minimum age for a Spa treatment?
The minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years old.
How many Children can be permitted into the pool at one time?
The number of children permitted in the pool at any one time is at the discretion of The Spa & Health Club.
What should I do before a treatment?
We recommend you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booking so you can enjoy our Spa facilities. We highly recommend you use one of the heat experiences before your treatment to warm your muscles before a massage.
. . and afterwards?
After your treatment the therapist will accompany you back to the relaxation room where we recommend that you do absolutely nothing. Simply enjoy the feeling of rest and relaxation and let your thoughts run free!
What should I bring with me?
We provide you with robe, slippers and towels throughout the day, and will present you with a locker key to secure your belongings. (The Landmark Spa & Health Club cannot take responsibly for personal belongings.) We recommend you bring your bathing suit so you can enjoy our wet facilities and a gym kit for our state of the art gymnasium.
Will I need to tell you about any medical conditions?
You will be asked to complete our medical questionnaire prior to your treatment, as certain treatments may not be advisable for you. It is also recommended to inform The Spa reception at booking stage of any medical conditions.
Will I have to disrobe completely for my treatment?
Your therapist will give you complete privacy when disrobing, for your comfort underwear can be kept on, and the therapist will keep your body covered at all times, and will only expose the area to be massaged. However in wet treatments such as body scrubs, body wraps we would recommend you to completely disrobe to obtain maximum benefits. Disposable underwear is provided for these treatments.
When should I make a reservation?
Our various treatments are enjoying increasing popularity. You are therefore requested to make your reservation as early as possible, so as to avoid disappointment and ensure optimal treatment.
How do I know which are the most suitable treatments?
Our skilled staff will advise and assist you in selecting the correct treatment(s) and also in planning other aspects of your ESPA, VOYA or Spa programme. When making your reservation, please state whether your preference is for a male or female therapist.
