Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs for short) are used to ensure consistency and quality and ensures that our team members are trained for the job. The SOPs are a detailed explanation of how a policy is to be implemented and communicates who will perform the task, what materials are necessary, where the task will take place, when the task shall be performed, and how the team member will execute the task.
