We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Sales Associate to join our Reservations team here at The Landmark London.

We are looking for a passionate, driven candidate who can be part of and join our successful Reservations Sales team as a Reservations Sales Associate. A keen interest in the hospitality industry is an advantage as is experience, skills and knowledge of working within Reservation Sales team.

As a Reservations Sales Associate you will:

  • Be responsible for key market segments and high levels of customer serviceWork closely with the Pro Active Sales team, Travel Agents and Online distribution channels.
  • Report directly into the Reservations Manager and must be highly customer focused
  • have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

EVENTS SALES MANAGER 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Events Sales Manager to join our Events Sales team.

We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Events Sales Manager who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of an Events Sales Manager are:

  • Handle all Conference and Banqueting enquiries and prepare written proposals for all new enquiries
  • Enter accurate and detailed notes into Opera and PMS and  ensure bookings in Opera and PMS are monitored
  • Ensure that your top five bookers, contacts and clients, have The Landmark London as their first call, for all Conference and Banqueting needs and requirements.
  • Ensure contact details of all new clients and event bookers are communicated to the relevant Sales Manager for follow up
  • Have extensive knowledge of The Landmark London services and facilities
  • Co-ordinate and book sites, and assisting with show rounds, social events, trade shows and special events on behalf of The Landmark London
  • To ensure that knowledge of competitors is up to date, in order to enhance good selling skills.

The ideal candidate for the Events Sales Manager is required the following:

  • Use your great organisational and negotiation skills to be able to conduct telesales and show rounds of the property and being able to convert all enquiries to client confirmations.
  • Be upbeat and positive as well as contribute to the pleasant working environment of the hotel.
  • Enjoy interacting and working with a variety of diverse guests and colleagues, have a strong ability to work under pressure as well as passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • It is essential that you wish to work as a part of a team, as this is central to the way that we do business.

The Events Sales Manager will work with a dedicated and passionate Events Sales team and will report directly to the Director of Events Sales. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.

EVENTS SALES COORDINATOR

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Events Sales Coordinator to join our Events Sales team.

We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Events Sales Coordinator who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of an Events Sales Coordinator are:

  • Meet clients and assist in the planning of their special event
  • Plan written and verbal quotations based on hotel pricing policy, upselling whenever possible.
  • Meet clients on arrival and assist them wherever and whenever possible in the organisation of details relating to their functions.
  • Ensure equipment required for events are ordered in good time and the necessary authorisation is given through the purchase request system.
  • Work with the Property Management System and use the system according to company policy in inputting information in full at every opportunity and updating the information on a regular basis as required.
  • Deal on a personal basis whenever possible with enquiries by clients, in-house guests and colleagues. To liaise on a regular basis with the Executive Chef, particularly on late changes.
  • Attend Hotel functions or help at client events upon request
