CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Sales Team for a Corporate Sales Manager.

The Corporate Sales Manager has responsibility for producing group business direct and from the domestic UK and European client base of venue finding agents, plus handling business from designated corporate sales territory.

As a Corporate Sales Manager you will be primarily responsible for generating enquiries within the UK and have active involvement with the Conference and Banqueting Sales Coordinators to report from the field and highlight soft spots in future booking patterns. Also to assist with the closing of business where necessary in order to deliver budgeted revenues and meet /exceed personal quotas.

The role involves managing a significant account base in both the Conference and Incentive Market and the Corporate Market.

Essential requirements:

  • Hotel experience, ideally within a 4/5 star environment in a similar role
  • A valid driving license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Worked in and have knowledge of the corporate market as the role involves to create new portfolio of corporate clients

Desireable:

  • Knowledge of Opera software
  • Knowledge of other language (apart from English)

The role also requires the successful candidate to travel and also work out of office hours and weekends.

SALES ECOMMERCE MANAGER

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Sales Team for a Sales Ecommerce Manager.

Reporting directly into the Director of Sales you will be an active member of our Revenue Taskforce Team, communicating with the team on market movements, pick-up pace, potential need periods, competitor strategies and rate changes. As Sales Ecommerce Manager you will manage a pre-determined number of on-line accounts, develop promotions and on-line marketing for the Landmark London. You will also effectively maintain and monitor room availability and rates on each channel of distribution, ensuring rate parity is kept at all times.

Our Sales Ecommerce Manager must have excellent presentation skills and be able to prepare and present at monthly review meetings using the financial statements, budgets, sales production figures, forecasting results and year on year results.

Knowledge of IdeaS, Leo and Opera software is desirable.

The role also requires the successful candidate to travel and also work out of office hours and weekends, so flexibility is required.
