We are now seeking to recruit the following roles within our kitchen brigade:
- Commis Chef
- Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie
- Juniour Sous Chef / Sous Chef
- Deputy Pastry Chef
- Breakfast Chef
- Chef Manager
We are looking for experienced chefs who have the talent and ability to prepare and produce consistently high quality food.
You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as outlined in the outlet specification manual and as per the standards recommended by Leading Hotels of the World.
Our successful candidates will work with a dedicated team of chefs and take ownership for presenting new ideas for menus, presentations and working practices.
Our desired Chefs will be passionate about food and excellence service and have the desire to progress a career in a leading five star hotel.
