BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Back of the House Manager to join our Stewarding team.

We are now seeking to recruit a committed Back of the House Manager who has worked in a similar role coming from a hotel background. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high volume banqueting operation and will have the capability and required knowledge to implement and monitor stewarding systems.
 

You will be responsible for leading a team of 25 Stewards; and you will have the management skills to delegate and communicate effectively. The Back of the House Manager will have strong attention to detail and will have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef and will also be responsible for overseeing the staff canteen department. As the Back of the House Manager you will be a motivated individual and be passionate about your work.

KITCHEN OFFICE MANAGER

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Office Manager to join our Kitchen team.

We are now seeking to recruit a Kitchen Office Manager who has previous experience of being responsible for recruitment, preparing rotas, training audit and general administrational skills to support the Executive Head Chef on a daily basis. The ideal candidate would have worked previously on a similar role, dealing with administrational tasks and experience in Food & Beverage would be ideal so you already have an understanding of the dynamics of the department.

The Kitchen Office Manager will have excellent communication, IT knowledge with ability to use all Microsoft packages especially Excel, as well as have excellent organisational skills. This individual will be self-motivated, proactive and have strong attention to detail.

The Kitchen Office Manager will have the talent and ability to identify training and recruitment needs and furthermore, manage all relevant paperwork related to the kitchen. This is a very fast paced environment so you will need to demonstrated the ability to handle pressure and cope with the constant changes happening on a daily basis.


The Kitchen Office Manager will work with a dedicated and passionate Kitchen team and will report directly to the Executive Head Chef. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
