Restaurant & Bar Manager

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an talented Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage team here at The Landmark London Hotel*****. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star environment and will have wine knowledge.

As our Restaurant & Bar Manager you will oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team, delivering consistent, quality service to a very high standard clientele in our TwoTwentyTwo Restaurant as well as our Mirror Bar. We are therefore looking for a Manager with very strong leadership and communications skills, as well as experience of both quality and working with volume. You will report directly into our Food and Beverage Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the two departments, be accountable for the profit and loss of the departments and be creative in his/her approach to ensuring that the standards of the TwoTwentyTwo and Mirror Bar are always met and exceeded. Our successful Manager must be hands on, lead by example and have the ability to motivate and lead a team on a daily basis. We are also looking for a Manager with good finesse and recovery skills when dealing with guest complaints.

You will have excellent food and beverage knowledge, be organised and have extraordinary attention detail, as well as a real passion for delivering personal, fantastic and memorable service to our guests. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar sized 4 or 5* property.

You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel. Flexibility is required as shifts can vary in both departments.
