We currently have several exciting opportunities to join our different outlets within the Food & Beverage Division here at The Landmark.

We are now seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals for the following positions:

- Food & Beverage Attendants (both in a casual basis or in a permanent basis)

- Host/ess (permanent full time basis)

- Food & Beverage Supervisor (permenent full time basis)

-  and Barperson (permanent full time basis) who have the talent and ability to deliver an outstanding service consistently.

You will work with a dedicated food & beverage team and must be able to anticipate our guest’s needs with a positive and dedicated attitude. You must be able to multi task, have an excellent attention to detail and be organised. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.

Our ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar 5* environment.

RESTAURANT MANAGER - WINTER GARDEN

We currently have an exciting management opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team on a full time basis in our 2 AA Rosette Winter Garden Restaurant.

We are looking to recruit a creative and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Winter Garden team.

•As our Restaurant Manager you will oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team, delivering consistent, quality service to a very high standard clientele.

•We are therefore looking for a Restaurant Manager with very strong leadership and communications skills, as well as experience of both quality and working with volume.

•You will report directly into our Food and Beverage Manager.

The successful candidate will:

•Be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department,

•Be accountable for the profit and loss of the department

•Be creative in his/her approach to ensuring that the standards of the Winter Garden are always met and exceeded.

•Our successful Restaurant Manager must be hands on, lead by example and have the ability to motivate and lead a team on a daily basis.

•We are also looking for a Restaurant Manager with good finesse and recovery skills when dealing with guest complaints.

•You will have excellent Food and Beverage knowledge, be organised and have extraordinary attention detail, as well as a real passion for delivering personal, fantastic and memorable service to our guests.

•The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar sized 4 or 5* property or 2AA Rosette Restaurants.

BAR MANAGER - MIRROR BAR

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an talented Bar Manager to join our Mirror Bar team. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4/5-star environment and will have wine knowledge.

As our Bar Manager you will oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team, delivering consistent, quality service to a very high standard clientele. We are therefore looking for a Bar Manager with very strong leadership and communications skills, as well as experience of both quality and working with volume. You will report directly into our Food and Beverage Operations Manager.

LOUNGE MANAGER – THE GAZEBO

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lounge Manager in The Gazebo Department to join our Food & Beverage team on a full time basis.

The Gazebo, located underneath the eight storey glass roof atrium is the perfect venue for business meetings or a quick bite to eat. With plenty of comfortable seating we serve light meals and beverages for an informal meeting.

Reporting directly to our Food & Beverage Operations Manager, The Gazebo Lounge Manager will ensure the seamless running of the department and ensure the achievement of maximum profitability, maintaining the financial control of the department

Our successful The Gazebo Lounge Manager will posses previous experience in a similar size 5* property, will be able to manage a small team, work well under pressure, will have exceptional attention to detail and be positive. You will have passion for Food & Beverage and will have the desire to progress in an exceptional learning & development environment.

ROOM SERVICE COORDINATOR

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Room Service Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Room Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in the day to day running of the department, taking guests orders in a timely manner and ensuring the Room Services Attendants deliver the orders correctly. Our successful Room Service Coordinator must have excellent communication skills, telephone manners and ability to work under pressure.
