We currently have an exciting opportunity within our conference & Banqueting Team for a Conference & Banqueting Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a team player that has previously worked in a similar position within a 4*- 5* hotel environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as exceptional attention to detail and superb organisation skills. Our Conference & Banqueting Manager will be able to multitask and will be flexible. The successful candidate will be responsible to liase with our Sales Team, attend departmental meetings and will be in charge of the smooth running of events. The Conference & Banqueting Manager will have a friendly, warm and polite manner.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of another language and Opera system.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPUTY MANAGER
We currently have an exciting management opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team on a full time basis in our 2 AA Rosette Winter Garden Restaurant.
We are looking to recruit a creative and dynamic Deputy Manager to lead our Winter Garden team together with the Chef de Patron and other 4 Deputy Managers. You will oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team, delivering consistent, quality service to a very high standard clientele. We are therefore looking for a person with very strong leadership and communications skills, as well as experience of both quality and working with volume. You will report directly into our Chef de Patron.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department, be accountable for the profit and loss of the department and be creative in his/her approach to ensuring that the standards of the Winter Garden are always met and exceeded. You must be hands on, lead by example and have the ability to motivate and lead a team on a daily basis. We are also looking for a Manager with good finesse and recovery skills when dealing with guest complaints.
You will have excellent Food and Beverage knowledge, be organised and have extraordinary attention detail, as well as a real passion for delivering personal, fantastic and memorable service to our guests. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar sized 4 or 5* property or 2AA Rosette Restaurants.

You must be able to multi task, have an excellent attention to detail and be organised. You will be reporting directly to the Mirror Bar Manager. Flexibility is required as shifts are varied and can go late into the night depending on our guests needs.
