Food & Beverage Service

Working in the Food & Beverage department you will give you the opportunity to improve your customer service skills:

  • Appreciating customers by identifying the range of their needs and demonstrate your knowledge of the services offered by The Landmark London Hotel
  • Ability to respond to the needs of customers to minimise conflict 
  • Health, Safety and Security of our guests, colleagues and yourself
  • Developing your product knowledge by receiving regular basis training offered by our Food & Beverage Training Manager
  • You will develop your interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • You will develop your service skills - preparation for service, taking booking & orders, cash & bill management
  • You will also learn specialised skills in regards to service such as lunch service, dinner and afternoon tea

Front Office department is the heart of the hotel and where you create the first impression to our guests.

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant C&B Ops Manager to join our Banqueting Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar background.
