Food & Beverage Service

When you work in the Food & Beverage department you will be exposed to various aspects of the customer service such as:

  • Appreciating customers by identifying the range of their needs and demonstrate your knowledge of the services offered by The Landmark London Hotel
  • Ability to respond to the needs of customers to minimise conflict 
  • Health, Safety and Security of our guests, colleagues and yourself
  • Developing your product knowledge by receiving regular basis training offered by our Food & Beverage Training Manager
  • You will develop your interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • You will develop your service skills - preparation for service, taking booking & orders, cash & bill management
  • You will also learn specialised skills in regards to service such as lunch service, dinner and afternoon tea
